The M Den

We’ve worked with The M Den, The Official Retailer of Michigan Athletics, for over 20 years. Every year we take great pride assisting them as they move to the next level. Through web design, social media, catalogs and print advertising, we help them reach U-M’s fan base and the world’s largest alumni association.


To stay on the leading edge of web-based marketing, we redesigned and redeveloped a responsive e‑commerce website that allowed for quick and convenient merchandise updates related to sports seasons and events. This was done concurrently with the development of their sister site, The Victors Collection, which has a distinct, yet complementary design. We also created a shared shopping cart to offer customers the convenience of one checkout experience and natural cross-selling opportunities.


Each year we create a catalog showcasing new and popular M Den products. We coordinate the printing and mailing to make sure it gets delivered to customers at peak points in the year. In addition to the printed catalog, we also create an interactive electronic catalog version for customers to view it digitally on desktops, tablets and mobile devices.


We created engaging social media content for The M Den social media sites, which is essential to a fully integrated campaign. As an Ann Arbor-based firm, we can create especially relevant, exciting and timely content, which brings the “Michigan Experience” to alumni, students and other fans in a vividly real and memorable way.

Traditional Advertising

Print advertising, direct mail and other traditional communications also play an important role in The M Den’s marketing campaigns. For these and electronic communications, we develop creative concepts, designs, text and photos that convey an engaging message and are consistent with The M Den’s brand look and feel.
